If the dress doesn't arrived on time, we will give you a full refund.
If you are not satisfy with the quality and dress not fit for you, you can get a refund.But you need take some photos of the dress, we will check the photos and make sure the problem as you said is true.

2.No return on personalized items such as favors, the function was canceled. If you do not like the dress style, please do not order it.

3.For the refund,please kindly note that you should pay US$45 of re-stocking fee for each dress. Also shipping fee or rush shipping fee ($30) is not refundable.

4.Bidder/buyer should pay the return shipping fee.

5.Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.

6.Once we authorize your return, we will give you an ARN (Authorized Return Number). Please write the ARN on the outside of the shipping box.

7.All returns must be received within 7-10 days of receipt of ARN. if we not received dress in 7-10 days, we will can't accept any return.

8.Refund only after the return package is received.
